Bring on
the Builders

Tech foundation required. Builder mindset non-negotiable.

This first-of-its-kind AI cohort is purpose-built for Class of '26 graduates who don't just understand AI — they build with it, break it, and ship it before lunch. Embedded directly with customer-facing teams — not to observe, but to sit across from the world's biggest brands and tell them exactly how it can be done.

This is how we find those who push the boundaries. Think you're one of them? Apply now: Top applicants will be invited to our Salesforce Offices for the Builder Lab, a live hiring gauntlet where you’ll pitch your builds directly to our leaders for an offer. Happening June 2026.

What happens in the Builder Lab?

This is your floor.

No slides, no fluff. Bring a build and show us the code. Explain the architecture and show us what happens when it breaks.

B2C simulator.

Step into the arena. Pitch your solutions to mock clients played by Salesforce executives. Explain how you translate technical genius into business impact.

Builder battles.

High-energy, 30-minute team sprints. Deploy an AI-powered solution on the fly, debug a broken workflow, or explain a complex technical concept to a "customer" who hasn't touched a terminal in
a decade.

Day 2

The Interview

Present your demo to a panel of executives, participate in behavioral sessions, and take on your final interview.

Day 1

The Immersion

Deep dives, Builder battles, and storytelling sessions with recent grads who are already shipping Salesforce at scale.

The Qualifications

The non-negotiables

Engineering rigor: A Computer Science or business-tech background with a strong understanding of data structures, systems thinking, and AI outputs.

Code Fluency: You write and own high-quality, scalable code in JavaScript, Python, or Apex.

Sprint Mentality: Relentless initiative and a “get-things-done” instinct.

Field Ready: You’re ready to take the mission on the road, traveling 25-50% of the time to sit across from customers and solve their biggest challenges.

What sets you apart

Hands-on AI Tinkering: You’ve already been deep in LLMs and prompt engineering. You have a portfolio of side projects, tool calls, and reasoning models that you’ve built on your own time.

Rapid Iteration: When a deployment fails, you iterate and redeploy before the rest of the team has even finished the post-mortem.

The “Fierce” Advocate: You can walk into a room, deliver a compelling technical POC, and handle objections from veteran engineers without breaking a sweat.

Agentic Vision: You’re thinking about the entire architecture — how prompts, tool calls, and reasoning come together to take real action.

About Futureforce

Futureforce is where future tech leaders get their start. From day one, interns and new grads work on impactful projects — from AI-powered solutions to initiatives that transform the world's best-loved companies.

Push the boundaries of cloud, data, and automation, and see your ideas come to life in products used by millions.

The AI Builder Cohort

The Lab is just the beginning. Your cohort is where you build your legacy.

The first 365 days

A typical first year at a big company would be spent listening and observing. In this program, you'll be building from Day 1 — turning your high-potential into the most coveted skill at the company.

Your success pod

The AI Builder Cohort is a year-long immersion designed to turn high-potential talent into the architects of the future. You’ll be paired with a mentor who is already shipping at scale. They are there to navigate the technical stack with you, review your builds, and ensure you’re moving at the speed of the market from your very first week.

The shadow track

You don't learn by sitting in a cubicle. You learn by being in the room where the architecture is decided, shadowing the senior engineers and product leaders who are defining today's movement.
